Lexa and Pete's condo sold much faster than expected, and they've been crashing at her brother's place ever since. The couple is eager to buy a new home ASAP, but while she longs to settle in the suburbs, he's a city boy at heart and wants to move back downtown. Drew and Jonathan convince the couple that a fixer-upper is the way to go, but that still leaves Lexa and Pete with a major decision on their hands. During demolition, the couple's budget takes a beating as Jonathan uncovers a long list of costly issues.
