Bob, Kim and season two winner Matt Hoover tackle the ever growing problem of childhood obesity when they head to their high schools to teach kids about proper exercise and nutrition. While checking out the school cafeteria, Bob and Kim chat with the school lunch ladies about replacing the unhealthy options. The trainers also find the time to inspire a few really needy kids to make a lifestyle change. The kids will be challenged to go home and change their unhealthy habits while educating their entire families with all they have learned. |
