Mike suspects a cover-up when the wife of the High Sheriff has a road accident that leaves a farmer seriously injured. With Craddock compromised by the investigation, it falls on Blaketon to launch his own enquiry and find out what really happened. Meanwhile, David finds himself in trouble with a jealous husband known as "Big Bo" when he joins Vernon's marriage bureau. Elsewhere, Bellamy is heartbroken when Gina turns down his marriage proposal and asks Craddock for his job back at Ashfordly station. |
