A visit from Jackie's parents causes friction between her and Mike when her mother attempts to drive a wedge between them as she thinks a village bobby isn't good enough for her daughter, leaving Jackie with a difficult dilemma. Meanwhile, Greengrass, David and Gina befriend a musician called Micky Shannon and organise a concert at the Aidensfield Arms. Andy has bad history with Micky, and consumed with jealousy by his relationship with Gina, plots to prove that he is not all he seems, whilst Craddock and his men tackle a case of diamond smuggling when they find an abandoned car in the river. |
