This had “fun insane house” written all over it, yet it wasn’t what I’d hoped for because it’s so tiresome when we’re given a nearly-nuts character who’s so nearly-nuts that the plot gets bogged down in endless questions about what’s happening and what’s just the nut nutting out.
All during the movie, this woman is just barely hanging on—-and that’s before the shyte gets going.
A lot more could have been done with backstories (the neighbors, the realtor, the company) and this would have fleshed out the plot considerably IMO. I’d like to have learned more about some of them, and I wish the tale had taken more time to do that. Has the feel of a cheap production. The conclusion is kind of expected.
