It’s sickening to even suppose there are those that would dispute it in this case, and other cases of extreme violence. It’s beyond any reasonable comprehension. 6 boys tortured, raped and murdered two innocent girls on their way home in a safe neighbourhood. There is no rehabilitation, especially considering that they actually had done the same thing prior to this. It’s not barbaric in cases where the iextreme violence and psychopathy and BRAGGING about the murders and torture along with trophy stealing are ingrained. This form of hate crime is not redeemable. This shouldn’t happen at all. EVER.
Every developed nation on the planet has abolished the death penalty, except for the US. Pretty much the only ones still doing so are oppressive regimes and Islamic states. The death penalty is a barbaric practice that has no moral or logical value. Most of the world understands this to be true.
