Seems they kind of dismissed all of the super natural vision stuff in the finale. So was that just side effect hallucinations from the poison produced from the mines?
I think that by having the Chief find the cross in her hair and pick up an orange — they were connecting her and Navarro. So they are telling us that part was really happening and not from the toxins. How else would the Chief have the same hallucination as Navarro without discussing them? Most of the other stuff was explained by the cleaning warriors. I think they did a good job overall of showing how a lot of shamanistic/nature based cultural spiritualities stuff ca lead to results (finding the cave) while also being explained or proven with science (sleep deprivation, toxins in the water/ice, several head injuries, and early signs of hyperthermia).
