This is an uploader fault - they can easily add subtitles directly in the host link. I always make sure that my links have en subs or en dubs!
Every link is like that so, all of the uploaders are to blame, I just looked for the subtitles on my own instead of blaming anyone, you’re right but it seems to me like a wasted effort, just find the subtitles seems to be an easier salution.
