Not heros just minimum wage paid people trained and commanded to follow a script. Verbatum. No matter what every customer that calls the call center is to get the same level of service. So the supervisors can say “we did everything right”. It’s a business for profit and all the operators are very disposable, like a pawn. The sentiment is appreciated. Thank you for that.
