Really good and informative doc on Vampiro. I think it does a great job of showing how popular and influential he was/is to lucha libre. You can tell that this was originally supposed to be a documentary years ago, and that the project was abandoned/put on hold, but IMO, that really adds to the legend of Vampiro, as this new film is created out of the original idea and covers Vampiro’s highs and lows. With that said, alot of Vampiro and his life, has been mytholigized, even by Vampiro himself. I think Vampiro wants to project a certain image, so I don’t feel like he is entirely honest on several topics. i did really enjoy this film though.
