O Harvey ,I feel bad ,even tho Harvey didn’t backed up Gordon with the lead ,even tho Harvey didn’t made the right call when Jim asked him not to send the team in ,after telling him it was a trap ,but can’t help the puppy face ,but it isn’t Harvey’s fault either ,he was forced the captaincy ,after Captain Barnes went to Arkham asylum ,all Harvey ever wanted was a partner ,not a promotion to be the captain of GCPD ,n in the decision making it is always said when you’re on the other side of the table you always criticize and resist but when you come to the decision making side of the table you’ve to take certain decisions against your own morels ,just like Harvey knew the day he started not being a puppet in penguin’s hand he’s gonna replace him an allot the position of the captain to someone new who might be more corrupt ,that’s why he continued to be penguin’s puppet ,now Gordon will get to know ,under how much pressure Harvey was.
