Best Costumes, for crossing multiple centuries and the time jump(season 2). Best cast, the chemistry was phenomenally ozzing..in all 3 seasons. Each season covered 1 book. That’s how all book to tv shows should be done…not 1 chapter per season. The 4th book was left out of this series because it is a 1 person back story of 1 of the characters, Marcus. Would like to see a tv series short 1 season of Marcus’s backstory, but it’s not absolutely necessary. The suspense in season 3 had me at the edge of my seat. This is not your typical Twilight Saga(Forks, Washington/The Cullen’s)vampire story. These vampires do not sparkle, nor are they pure blood..they are a blend of multiple creature dna: humans, demons, vampires, and witches. Ergo, they are all blood related. This is not even close to Harry Potter series. These witches do not use wands. It’s clear from season 1 that it’s all in the ‘intent and thoughts’, straight out of the fingertips.
Time to reread the books and be reminded which parts were not brought to tv/film.
