Nichelle Nichols was such an amazing, exemplary woman. RIP Nichelle Nichols.
Impressive documentary. I loved it.
Alien's comments
I think some people get way too serious about tv shows. They can’t enjoy simple shows like this and the other cozy mysteries, and look down on those who do. I even like a lot of the Hallmark mysteries, because it’s nice to watch things that don’t have so much blood and guts. I guess I’m just old, but I was raised in a time when people got killed in shows and you never saw any blood. Those were the days.
I’ll pass on the Hallmark but I have a bunch of Midsomer Murders, Vera, Shetland, Father Brown, Sister Boniface and other “cozy mysteries” on my hard drive in case of emergencies like the internet goes out. I love the “period piece” genre.
I’m watching this at the moment: https://www.primewire.tf/tv/1329921-pachinko
It seems like a natural follow-up to Shogun
Anyway. Nice chat. Have a good night, Amie
I can’t believe it’s season 10 already! I know I had to binge watch a couple of seasons, but has it really been that many years I’ve been watching it? Time sure flies when you’re having fun, and this show is nothing but fun.
I know, right? I can’t believe it’s been 10 seasons, either. I still have seasons 8 and 9 downloaded and standing by. I love this show.
Jibaro, per the creator’s comments, was an allegory about greed, toxic relationships, and colonialism.
The entire series was a smorgasbord of delights.
The time for humans to adapt to nature is long overdue!
The way this ended, it leaves hope for another series of Luther, or at least another movie. This was a good one, for sure.
Thank you. The fact that each episode is stand-alone, means I can just watch them like they’re listed. Sorry to trouble you but much appreciated.
Not enough people understand that this film is not actually about monkeys. It’s called a METAPHORE.
Sad to see MJW in this movie. Tried to watch this, and actually made it most of the way through, but it became to painful to watch it all the way, and he really had too small a part to really call it one of ‘his’ movies anyway.
I really liked it. 9.5/10. I take off .5 because Anjin always has the “I smell a fart” face🤣
I’m so watching this tomorrow sober it’s the monkey man this brings back memories one time I need munchies so I went on a walk to the store the short cut went thru a elementary school any way I was walking and it must have been rescess time this kid on the playground yelled out monkey man monkey man I had a big beard and long matted up hair I looked at the kid and and laughed ha ha your stuck in school ha ha or something like and continued my walk feeling awkward but gratified for telling the little bastard he’s trapped in school I just thought about that

Anna Sawai, who played Mariko, also has a role in it. Fortunately, I still have 2 eps to watch of Shogun. If you need help finding the missing episodes PM me.
Wonderful short film. Definitely a shameful black mark on the two countries.
This series is so interesting! I’m a tattoo artist in Ottawa and in the past 5 years I’ve met a few people who were/are involved in the Angels, and I’ve always been curious about how criminal they truly are. Over the years I’d hear the odd news bit here and there but I’d never really paid much attention to it. This series has been an eye opener!
My mentor’s brother, Mike Clairoux, is a former Hells Angel. Mike and some drug dealer guy, Lee Marrazzo, are charged with the bludgeoning death of Greg Slewidge, a Hells Angel prospect. The trial is set for later this year.
I’ve heard lots of crazy stories from my mentor. He wasn’t a member but hung out with them when he was younger and got up to no good. Like making grenades and that sort of thing. He did time, paid his dues and changed his life around, but his brother is a crazy MFer. Literally. I’ve met him a few times. He’s nice enough and seems normal enough, but talk in the shop (and directly from Mark) was always to be careful around him.
Mark says Mike is innocent. I’m not so sure.
The 1st reality show I’ve been able to sit through an entire episode, but by the last one I was ready for it to be over. I don’t need a season 2.
they don’t have the time to check every upload. report it and it will be taken care of.
Sounds like you guys have never heard of the “scene” It’s a real thing, look it up…
Have you seen how many “scene” results are caught in the seine?
You need to provide more detail.
The expression on Captain’s face when a thought suddenly dawned on him was priceless.
I do too, but it’s filmed in the south, which would draw in a lot of people who aren’t as open minded as we are. I love the show, no matter what. It does have scenes where I have to avert my eyes, but all in all, it’s amazing.
It is filmed in the south but the main characters are quite liberal and progressive.
Dare I say, woke, in the true sense of the word?
Jean Shrimpton used to be one of, if not the, highest paid supermodels. She was stunning.
She is now 81.
