Wonka (2023)
grasshopper rex 2 points 5 months ago.

I sometimes do that when I see other people have given it a one star rating and I know there is zero chance they have actually watched it yet, just to balance things out. I usually go back after I have watched it to change my rating if need be. Folks that hold things in contempt prior to investigation are a pet peeve of mine.

SheWatches 1 points 5 months ago.

Ha! I knew it. I thought about doing the same thing! <3

Hugh Grant as an Ooompa Loompa! Priceless.

SheWatches 1 points 5 months ago*.

No doubt it is going to be epic! Just curious but why did you give it a rating before its even been released?

Dashing Through the Snow (2023)
SheWatches -1 points 5 months ago.

Funny and cute Disney movie. I caught myself laughing out loud and some of the stuff. I will definitely be watching this again. Perfect for family night.

Oppenheimer (2023)
SheWatches 4 points 5 months ago.

Three hours long and I started to feel it about 1/2 hour before the end but it was worth it because it was a lot to his life story. I recommend it for a watch, just pop plenty of popcorn.

Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 6 months ago.

Come on Part 2! Can’t wait until the next one comes out.

The Hive (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 6 months ago.

Bad writing, bad acting, bad production. I don’t recommend it but someone might like it.

Dear David (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 6 months ago.

Reminds me of a Bloody Mary movie.

Secrets at the Museum (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 6 months ago.

Probably filmed while the writers were on strike but the movie was decent for a low budget. Mystery/Thriller. The actors were okay but the production wasn’t up to par. Could have been done a little better but it’s not terrible, just mediocre.

The United States of Horror: Chapter 2 (2022)
SheWatches 1 points 6 months ago.

Ha Ha Ha. I don’t care how bad the horror shorts are, I like to watch them. Some are good, some are bad. Same with the actors. Just a fun watch.

Three Blind Mice (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 6 months ago.

I wavered between 1 and 2 on rated this one. It’s an original feature with bad acting but the monsters were worth looking at.

The Jester (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 6 months ago.

Hard to keep watching because its so bad but that’s just my opinion, try it for yourself.

Dark Harvest (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 6 months ago.

Perfect for Halloween. Going to watch this one again. Not too scary, not too mushy, just right.

Friday the 13th (1980)
SheWatches 1 points 6 months ago.

Brings back a lot of movie theater memories!

Beyond Existence (2022)
SheWatches 2 points 7 months ago.

I didn’t think too much of it as a thriller movie. It just wasn’t edge of your seat action. Seemed like a lot of background and character building going on to me. But as a prequel to a tv show, it could be a good start. It definitely has that vibe. I’m wondering if this isn’t a springboard to something else. Otherwise, the story was original and that says a lot these days.

Totally Killer (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 7 months ago*.

Loved it and I’m not a teenager. This movie is fun besides being seasonal. I’ve seen a lot of trash films lately so I’m really delighted to find one well made, great plot with a little humor thrown in for good measure. It’s rated R but I would say a mild R. Just wanted to add that popcorn would go good with this movie.

V/H/S/85 (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 7 months ago.

Shudder writers must still be on strike. Maybe we should all get together and write a script for them. This was awful. Disliked the whole thing and I watched it to the end hoping something would pop up to redeem it but wasn’t there. I usually like short anthologies but I don’t know what to call this. It’s a headache. Sorry Shudder but this one sucks.

The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar (Short 2023) (2023)
SheWatches 0 points 7 months ago.

Not my cup of sugar (pun intended). I didn’t like the movie at all. I do love the actors, especially Benedict Cumberbatch but it ran like a play complete with a narrator and stage asides. As a play, I would give it higher ratings but as a movie it wasn’t good at all in my opinion.

The Retirement Plan (2023)
SheWatches 5 points 7 months ago.

Best movie I have seen Nicholas Cage in a while. It was funny and a good action movie at the same time. I also like the look of him in this movie, distinguished yet rakish at the same time. Looks good on him.

Nowhere (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 7 months ago.

in a way it reminded me of that movie with Tom Hanks in it called Cast Away. Different story, different kind of situation but something about it reminded me of that.

Gran Turismo (2023)
SheWatches 3 points 7 months ago.

I had no idea this was a true story until it got to the end. Not giving away any spoilers here, its in the movie info but I didn’t read the info before I watched the movie so I was totally surprised. I put the movie on just to have something to watch and didn’t think I would get into it but I really did. Enjoyed it and definitely recommend it to watch. Worthy of a good family night movie too. it’s PG.

Spy Kids (2001)
greyfur 2 points 7 months ago.

Have you seen this one yet? Just came out, was not bad either..https://www.primewire.tf/movie/1470169-spy-kids-armageddon

SheWatches 2 points 7 months ago.

Thanks! Glad you gave me the link for this, I was looking for something good to watch tonight.

Natty Knocks (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 7 months ago.

I just saw this movie pop up the other day and glad I remembered it because it turned out to be a good horror flick. Not too scary but just right for me. I especially enjoyed the familiar plot told in a different way. Decent movies are scarce right now so I would definitely recommend this one for a watch - besides horror flicks are in season.

Beneath Us All (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 7 months ago.

When it started off, I thought okay feels like a low budget and probably going to be disappointing. But, I kept watching it because the content was interesting and then it sort of hit its stride and it is a pretty good movie. Who needs Hollywood stars when you have budget actors and a good story line. Not the best horror flick but its worth a watch.

Spy Kids (2001)
SheWatches 2 points 7 months ago.

Very cute kid show for family night. Fun to watch.

It Shall Not Be Named (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 7 months ago.

Would you rather watch a re-run or a low budget movie with bad actors? The good thing I can say about this movie is that it eventually comes to an end. I put this movie on because it’s that time of the year when new horror flicks pop up and they are fun to watch. I know Hollywood is still on strike but dang. I do not recommend this movie but watch it for yourself and decide.

No One Will Save You (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 7 months ago.

To me, the hype was more exciting than the movie. Not much of a script and not much of a real plot other than the action. More of a psychological thing for me is how I felt about it. I think the action part was good and the content was definitely interesting. There just hasn’t been a lot of alien movies out lately and I think that was the most exciting part about this movie. Just okay for me but I do recommend it for a watch.

The Stratum (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 7 months ago.

I thought it was so-so. Plot is great but the movie seems like a made-for-tv or low budget. Other than that it was okay. I would say low to middling but again there is no 2.5 choice on the rating bar so I’ll be generous and say 3/5.

Retribution (2023)
SheWatches 5 points 7 months ago.

I love Liam Neeson. Whatever he plays in, I just keep watching them. Always exciting even if it’s a remake of an older film. Seems like a lot of films are done in different ways but similar situations. Enjoyed watching it and I recommend it.

A Haunting in Venice (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 7 months ago. (Contains Spoilers)

I enjoyed having a haunting slash mystery slash detective movie with the famous “Poirot” in a period piece. It was fun and Poirot was picking away the clues bit by bit as he usually does which makes it a very good watch. I think I will enjoy it more when I go to see it at the theater. This is definitely one that I want to watch on the big screen with a full tub of popcorn in my lap. There are just some, that you have to see up close in person and this is one of them.

Jules (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 7 months ago.

Cute feel good movie. I loved the actors, they were all good for the parts. I love finding little comedy dramas like this and I will be sharing the news about it. Definitely worth watching again.

Talk to Me (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 7 months ago. (Contains Spoilers)

So scary, It’s still creeping on me. It reminds me of Ouija board movies but better. I wonder if there will be a sequel?

Bone Cold (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 7 months ago.

Weird psychological thriller. I should have seen it coming but I didn’t.

Vanished in Yosemite (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 7 months ago.

It’s a made-for-tv movie or a decent B-movie. Anyway, I scored it a little high - there just isn’t a 2.5 Star up there. It does have a nice little twist but not saying where, that would give it away. You’ll have to watch for yourself if you don’t mind watching a B-type movie.

Birth/Rebirth (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 7 months ago.

Not my favorite Shudder film. Mild horror but more of a creepy thriller/suspense. Still, I would recommend it for a watch.

The Nun II (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 7 months ago.

I watched the CAM version and gave the movie a 4/5. I will watch it again when it comes out on HD. I was scary enough for me. I’m glad they came out with a sequel because now I’m definitely going to wear my Nun outfit for Halloween this year.

Strays (2023)
SheWatches 3 points 8 months ago.

Wanted something fun to watch tonight and this one was perfect! So funny. Definitely not a family movie though - Rated R. Recommend for a watch if you are looking for a good comedy.

Perpetrator (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 8 months ago.

Another freaky creepy Shudder film piece. I always enjoy the Shudder film movies. It definitely wasn’t what I thought it was going to be about and glad that I am posting the first comment. Recommending for a watch.

The Dive (2024)

There’s a movie where two girls climb a tower it’s similar I forgot the name. It came out this year, recommended if you like this movie..edit
It’s called fall

The Last Voyage of the Demeter (2023)

Was worth the wait to watch it on HD - it was a good story.

Sammy Slick: Vampire Slayer (2023)

The best part of this is the actor’s names.

SheWatches 1 points 8 months ago.

you made me look and you are so right.

Knock at the Cabin (2023)
Gnostic_Alchemist 2 points 8 months ago.

I don’t know it was pretty entertaining to me. A lot of people are just hung up on who made it

SheWatches 1 points 8 months ago.

I agree. I saw it when it came out and I enjoyed watching it. I thought it was worth 3/5.

Tell Me a Creepy Story (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 8 months ago.

I like the short little horror stories. Probably not the creepiest anthology of the year, but okay.

The Dive (2024)
SheWatches 2 points 8 months ago.

Intense and I easily recommend it for a watch.

Vacation Friends 2 (2023)
SheWatches 2 points 8 months ago.

It hurt me laughing at this one. It was crazy and funny and I enjoyed watching it last night. Some of the parts were just so outright embarrassingly funny that I had tears. I would not watch this one with the family if you have young ones but I do recommend it for grownups.

Meg 2: The Trench (2023)
SheWatches 1 points 8 months ago.

I didn’t see the first one. I loved this one. Very exciting with a hint of comedy thrown in at just the right places. The actors were really chosen well because they just fit the parts they played. I liked the young actress, Shuya Sophia Cai and I think she would be great if more parts open up for her in other movies. She did well. I know its hard when there are sequels because sometimes people have certain expectations before they even see the next one so it’s hard for part 2 or so on to stand in it’s own right but I would recommend it for a watch.

Riverdale (2017) S7 E20
SheWatches 1 points 8 months ago.

Love, love this show. It has been so good. I can’t say this last season is my favorite but I’m so glad they did the show. The characters were perfect for their parts. I’m not crazy about the finale but I look forward to seeing what these actors do next.

The Hollow World (2018)
SheWatches 2 points 8 months ago.

Terrible story, terrible acting. I would not recommend this movie. But please do not take my word for it, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right? Watch it and see for yourself.

Snoopy Presents: One-of-a-Kind Marcie (TV Special 2023) (2023)

So cute, always about things that are real as mentioned above in the synopsis. Great story and I hope they keep adding more and more of these movies. As always, family friendly!

The Monkey King (2023)

Really good animated movie. It was funny and well put together. I would easily watch it again.
