Beyond Recognition: The Incredible Story of a Face Transplant (2013)
Satyran 4 points 2 years ago. (Contains Spoilers)

So, amazing story. Unfortunately, Carmen’s body rejected the face in 2019 and she had to receive a second face transplant in 2020. So far she is doing well with her second face transplant.

yellow_rose1 3 points 2 years ago.

wasn’t that an incredible story of bravery, tenacity and perseverance. Carman inspires so many with her story

Canuckian 1 points 4 years ago.

I agree that this is an amazing movie..i ALSO highly suggest “Get the Gringo”..it has a similar theme to “Payback” in that it is a revenge plot…it is one of my top Mel Gibson movies as well…If you loved this movie, i am SURE you will love “Get the Gringo”. https://www.primewire.li/movie/798666-watch-get-the-gringo

I agree I liked that one too, There aren’t any Gibson movies I don’t enjoy. I’ve been a huge fan since the Mad Max days

As a young child my mother used to go into houses under construction, curious to see how it was going to look, many people do this just to view the progress the builders are making. Ahmaud could have been doing that very thing. I am happy with the verdicts. What the convicted men did reminds me of how men hunt dear. It was so tragic to loose a family member in this way. At least he did not die in vain and that some laws have changed as well and the female prosecutor is feeling the hands of justice. It’s about time. RIP Ahmaud. As well as blessings to those that loved him

I’ve been a Juno fan ever since 2010’s Kaboom. If you want to see an awesome Juno performance, see “Magic Magic” https://www.primewire.tf/movie/1188839-magic-magic (also includes a very different Michael Cera role!)

yellow_rose1 3 points 4 months ago.

I love Juno Temple too. Have you watched this one? It is really good too . I’ll check out your link. I haven’t watched that one. In fact I haven’t heard of it so thanks for your post.

Compared to the first one I was disappointed too. However even if I had not watched the original I would still be disappointed. It lacked on every level.

The Family I Had (2017)

this is such a stark contrast to the way Piers Morgan had Paris perceived in his show Psychopath. I had a feeling this crime had more to due with than this kid is just a “bad apple”

I liked Taps too but I really liked “The Game” and “At Close Range”. “The falcon and the snowman” are also my favs. I have so many. I didn’t like “Shanghai surprise” but any other movie I love. Oh and “Deadman Walking” was incredible. If I had to I would put that one at the top of my list for his acting skills he was so young and just early in his career. Thanks for the link suggesting the links. I’ll check them out

thanks so much best one ever. I didn’t want to get into it until I knew for sure. It’s crazy but, my Dad showed this movie to me when I was 11 and I haven’t really watched it since. That would be shortly after it was released on video right after buying his first VCR

Threes Company was close, I think. And Steve Martin (where is he these days??). Physical humour is THEEE best. ( ✪ワ✪)ノʸᵉᵃʰᵎ

yes I love the original cast of Three’s Company. Yes Steve Martin hasn’t done anything in a long time. However the days of slap sick humor seem to be over.

That bathroom scene. The bank shot. Beyond hilarious.

I agree one of the funniest movies’ I have ever seen. If someone needs a good laugh I recommend it. Comedies these days often will not get me laughing at all. This one had me belly laughing

Cry Macho (2021)
etim 4 points 2 years ago.

That was way subpar (in most every way) for Mr. Eastwood. I hope this ain’t gonna be a trend for him—or be his farewell flick. But then again, he was looking pretty frail so who knows? I wish he could go on forever too but…

yellow_rose1 4 points 2 years ago.

I’m actually in shock right now, I’m 20 minutes in and I’m finding the acting very subpar. Way below any of the main actors capabilities. Is it because they have aged quite a bit since the worked steady? Or is that the reason, perhaps they are rusty. I hate to say it due to the fact that I’m a huge Eastwood fan and I’ve always liked Yoakum’s characters in the past and I don’t know where the blame lies but I’m being generous by giving it a 3/5. Wow what a disappointment

Watson (2019)
yellow_rose1 4 points 5 months ago.

Paul Watson opened my eyes to the destruction of these majestic mammals. I tried to teach my children to boycott any marine parks as there is a huge one in Niagara Falls here in Ontario where I reside. His tenacity to never surrender to continue to fight for all marine life and the seas in which they live and multiply. He and his crew risk their own lives to save these species from certain extinction. His bravery and courage has no boundaries. God bless this man. It only more people would join the cause. Sadly we will not just have dead zones in our oceans but no life what so ever if we continue to pillage the seas like we have.

Braveheart (1995)
ShugarCat 5 points 4 years ago.

This film is epic. Every aspect of production is near perfect. From the costume design and filming locations to the acting, directing, editing and the script. The soundtrack to this epic story is also top notch. If you have not seen Braveheart do yourself a kindness and set aside the time to view it. You will not be sorry. Its the Gone with the Wind of 1995 and should be viewed on the big screen. However, a small screen will do just fine.

yellow_rose1 4 points 4 years ago.

I wanted to see this in the theater so bad but spent 3 weeks in the hospital at the time of its release, it must of been something to see, the battles on the big screen

Dr. Pimple Popper (2018)
onetoughcrowd 3 points 2 years ago.

I will never watch this because of the disgusting name of it.

yellow_rose1 4 points 2 years ago*.

she was coined that name on youtube where she started. She’s an amazing doctor with endless resources and helps many people that other doctors won’t even attempt to help. I have a skin disease and I find this show enlightening and the before and after of the people she helps are inspiring. It has very little to do with pimple popping

One Good Turn (Short 1931) (1931)
random000 3 points 5 months ago*.

Happy you reviewed this! Steve Martin may not be as physical as he once was, but he toured a live show with Martin Short that was really great - stand-up along with his great banjo playing band. Like you two, we also miss John Ritter. He was a great continuation of slap-stick that went from Vaudeville, Marx Brothers, Stooges, Keaton, Lloyd, Chaplin, Martin & Lewis - but also Dick Van Dyke, Don Knotts, Tim Conway & Carol Burnett. John was right in that same pocket. Early Chevy Chase came close, but John nailed it!

yellow_rose1 4 points 5 months ago.

Thanks for helping to celebrate many actors that were not mentioned. It may have been a long time ago, but those were the days of amazing comedy. Even the comedians couldn’t help laughing at times due to the fact that many of those shows were recorded live. Thanks for the great memories

same to you crane. It’s astounding how many people are affected by greed for sure. My daughter was born addicted and I have to live with that gilt for the rest of my life. I still remember the doctor telling me oh don’t worry we will just ween her off when she’s born. There won’t be any last effects. It was gut wrenching to see her be “weened”. Who knows what lasting effects it has as I’ve come to learn they haven’t done any studies on it

Another classic Disney animation that has far more going on plot wise than just the spaghetti scene it’s famous for - though in fairness, it’s eons since I last viewed it but I am definitely glad I gave it another watch.

yellow_rose1 4 points 3 years ago.

My Mom and Dad took me to see this as a child and I’ll never forget my Dad crying at the spaghetti sense. My dear old Dad was and will always be a softy. So funny thinking back at it now. My Mom rolling her eyes and saying Oh Donald!

Punk (2019)
yellow_rose1 4 points 3 years ago.

yes thank you from me as well. I’ve been a fan of punk since it all began. I wore the punk garb. Sang the songs with a hair brush in my hand. I was really young. Like 10 to 13 years of age, but it spoke to exactly how I felt at the time

I see the bigger picture. However I am a victim of the opioid epidemic. I am sober now. Many of the doctors that are responsible of putting me on these drugs have now lost their licenses and were practicing in criminal behavior. I will never believe that the doctors had blinders on. They were out to make money too

Dirty John (2018)
yellow_rose1 4 points 3 years ago.

I don’t know if this was the right story to choose for a “dirty John” no matter how contentious a divorce may get the husband and new wife are dead and Betty had no right. I feel for the victims and his children. In my opinion Betty Broedrick was crazy and I don’t blame Dan for wanting to leave. The series was very good. I enjoyed it very much. 4/5 thanks uploaders
