Great Spanish series, kind of reminds me of the movie Munich. I for one love the fact that it’s not dubbed. Any movie/tv series that is dubbed is not nearly as good when watched in the original language with subtitles.

Yes anything dubbed is always not good. The voice actors sound nothing like the orignal actors.
I don’t if anyone is still watching but this is so tonally different that what we’re use to. It’s working for me. Rick Cosnett(Eddie Thawne) is totally hamming it up and I’m loving it. Looking forward to the series finale.
This just like any and all the other DC shows on the CW is crap. don`t waste your time. Time better spent on Titans. The Titans are worthy.
Titans started off okay. I haven’t finish the last season yet. Same for Doom Patrol.
subvert my expectations…give me all of that shite. Perfect genre to do that with, im so tired of the predictible shite.
Bri-ish or US..the crap gets old, make me guess the outcome.
Why would you need to guess? You are suppose to watch and be entertained. If you’re analyzing every detail, you are not enjoying the show very much.
True, in the same way that Africans sold their own people into slavery for greed/personal gain.
I’m just being nitpicky but besides Dimitri’s dad, no one is actually Russian. I imagine the budget isn’t too big for this one but it throws you off because of the dialogue the Russian characters have during the episode.
I liked this episode as usual I have no idea how this show is gonna turn out but I wanna see Kenny fall in love with sara
Yeah when this show get weird, it gets really weird. I never really thought about it. Kenny has been so clouded with anger but it would make for good TV.
Michelle is suing CBC, not CBS. And her vindication is still up for debate as the Algonquin nation does not recognize her.
Regardless of her legal status, I still think she got a raw deal. She grew up being told that she had indigenous heritage. She was raised in an area that a robust indigenous presence. Through no fault of her own she identified as such. I loved Trickster and would have enjoyed seeing more of it. Inconvenient Indian was getting a favorable critical response before it’s distribution was shelved. It just seems a shame to throw out the baby with the bath water.
I enjoyed it but found the three big reveals in the final episode to be very predictable from the moment they were both introduced. I am disappointed that the main premise of the show was not solved and dangled out there for another season that may or may not happen.
How can you love the characters but not love the show? That makes no sense to me. 🤨😁
It’s not hard to understand. Movies/tv shows can be categorized as plot driven(like this show), character driven or dialogue driven. We are accustomed to mostly plot driven as it’s the most common. Dark winds is a combo of plot/characters but more so plot.
I’m pretty sure these side characters were not real. I just don’t understand why the nurse didn’t sell.
Oh, my goodness! Season 3 has started and there are episodes to watch! I know what I’m doing tonight while making a big pan of green bean casserole and baking a ham. Office holiday potluck next week and I’m getting a head start on my cooking.
Not a big fan of ham but I do love me some green bean casserole. I’ll literally eat the whole dish myself.
Man this keeps getting better. Hopefully season 2 will build on the momentum.
It delivers action. Didn’t care for Mel Gibson. You can watch it or skip it.
Well that’s a pretty broad statement. No one really cared for him as Superman? I did. I’m someone. Darklighter up there, he’s someone too. I thought he was marvelous in the role, much better than some who’ve done it in the past. He was removed because he was a bit to old for the new guy over at DC’s vision is all.
I was bored to bits. Hardly any emotion comes across. It was a chore to finish the movies.
Haven’t seen MI myself, but have you seen The Man From U.N.C.L.E.? I think he was good in that.
I hate his fake American accent. It’s not even passable. It’s too polished.
So did I, ending was excellent! I really liked how the story progressed from season to season, never read the books, but have a feeling the author was pleased with the outcome for a change.
I think the author would want more seasons. There has already been talks about starting a new cast and reboot. The cast got noticeably older. If you remember the flashback scene. They were pretty young in the beginning.
Just went and checked to see if there would be another season of this, but unfortunately, it looks like this will be the ending of this. They made a good end, and did leave it open to another season if someone else decides to pick it up, but it’s not looking good at the moment. Was a good ride while it lasted though, and enjoyed it for what it was. Third season was the best one for sure.
Really amazing what they do production wise. This last season was on another level. Enjoyed it to the max.
I just made some Crimble Crumble- Cuz binging this series made me want some sooo bad!! Hahaha
Yass! One of my favorite shows. I just love all the actors. They are all brilliant in their own right.
Alternate theory: Russell T Davies was a fan of Ncuti Gatwa from his role on Sex Education. He certainly would have been familiar, if not a fan of the show. Davies made his name (and changed television forever) as the creator of “Queer as Folk,” the show Sex Education is most consistently compared to.
You’re right that Idris Elba would have been perfect for the role (apart from being hopelessly straight), just like fan-favorite Tilda Swinton would have been perfect for the first female doctor. But neither eventuality was ever remotely possible. There’s such a thing as too famous. They already had to sell the show to Disney to afford the production costs they have now! Elba would probably cost more for one episode than the budget for a whole series.
With Trevor Noah, I’m not sure the fact he’s not British is a deal breaker, but the fact he’s not an actor surely is. Really, if you’ve decided on casting a gay Black British actor with proven ability to carry a show, the list of candidates is… not as long as one might like.
Idris can do some comedy but you’re right, way too famous. He can pick and choose roles that suit him.
I think we all figured out that Spoon is a transgender girl, but it was confirmed in this episode when Donny said “Ladies first,” as they were getting onto the boat, and she said “Thanks!”
I don’t know if the actor is trans IRL, but in this, she is adorable.
I wouldn’t be so quick to assign labels. According to my research he is male but that is what is listed on his bio
its a lot darker then orange is the new black I’d compare it to a female version of Oz great show awesome cast
The cast is what makes this show. This group of Aussie actors are brilliant.
I know it’s vastly different, I meant I have a slot open so I’ll fill it with this. I’ll miss Nancy and the crew. Read all the books as a child, and the show was nothing like them. Still, really good and fun.
This would not be my choice. I’ve been watching Harlen Coben’s Shelter and it is in the same vein of Nancy drew. I read the books too. I have been pleased all around with Nancy Drew. Sometimes characters can be annoying but they all mean well.
Underwhelming first episode. Were they better off?
Unrealistic. Cliche. Adam was pretty much the only not annoying character.
this is like 8 mins long
Is anyone else tired of this plot already? First season was a lot better. I hope the story moves along with the next episode.
That was a very emotional scene for any child actor to endure. He did really well but I hope we are not subject to such a scene again.
No, and I think the story is moving along as it needs to. It’s also one of the best shows out there at this time, imo.
I’m losing interest in it. I still love all the characters and that will be the only reason I continue to watch. With such few episodes per season, you would think it would be more compelling.
This is getting really good. I don’t know what’s going to happen and I like that!
Frank seems to be…a tad…tight with his valuations too and reluctant with fair offers for “pieces”, where as Mike seems to be the more open and honest of the two.
Clearly we know Frank isn’t a real picker but he always seems to be a debbie downer. I don’t know if it’s all for the camera or what. Also, I wanted to add that this guy in Arizona is crazy. Ain’t no one paying those prices. Those parts will go to waste because he didn’t want to offer reasonable prices. I do understand the rarity of the parts but it seems counterproductive to the real motorcyle enthusiast who wants to simply restore their bikes as best as they can.
What a strange way to end the season. I don’t know about this one.
Honestly, I did not see that coming. I hope Jess figures it out soon.
I don’t know how to feel about this episode. Will season 9 be worth watching anymore?
whoever thought up split seasons should be shot..repeatedly. i started back and have no idea whats going on and tbh this wasn’t good enough to go back
I meant to comment a few episodes back. Genesis Rodriguez is a good actor but she keeps getting shyte jobs like this role. I would like to see her in something good(and that doesn’t get cancelled after one season).
I’m just not feeling this season at all. As a lead character, Allie cannot drive this show at all. It was still good for 7 seasons.
About to get into episode 5, was right, turned into a binge watch. Getting pretty good, parts are a slow burn, but right good. Some parts remind me a little of Homeland a bit in a way, different though. Aside from that I can’t think of other shows I have watched that this is like, but it’s pretty good, or it at least has my attention. If your looking for a good distraction, this might be it.
Maybe you don’t watch enough shows. The plot in this has the same recycled storylines that are continually used over and over. If you watch more Mexican productions, you’ll realize how true it is. Is it entertaining? Absolutely. I haven’t finished it yet. I’m about the same episode as you. It is all too predictable but that doesn’t mean I’ll stop watching.
Proabably average. Let Jesse L. Martin makes some money. Seems like a nice guy. I’ll still check it out.
They should of really made a sequel. I love Rick Moranis. Ed O’Neil is good in this too.
Not as good as I hoped. The viewing experience is way more cinematic than before which I guess is okay but not necessary.
Can someone add some English subtitles please! When I click onto subtitles the only language available is Dutch! I’ve not checked all of the links but I assume all have the same option of Dutch! That big scene with Volk is long and I’d like to know what they’re saying. Yes, I’m a wee bit frustrated and I’m sorry for that. Thank you any uploader who can fix this problem.
It takes about a full day or a little longer to get the subtitles for English. Just wait a day to watch it. I’m impatient so I just watch anyways. You can always go back and watch the scene again.
This last season had a very weak start but ended well enough. Good resolution for all.
