This is gonna be a great show, i can feel it.

I feel you feeling it, and I’m feeling it with you. Also, it stars Oscar Isaac and Ethan Hawke!
One of my all time faves! I first saw this on the late night telly when I was a kid. It’s one of those films, seen in childhood, that you never forget.
It was never released on VHS…
For years I tried to find a bootleg copy online. It was the driving force that lead me into the world of private torrent trackers, where I was able to find a digital copy from a VHS TVRip. Man was I chuffed ‘my precious’! The quality wasn’t bad either, totally watchable. I was so happy…
Then finally, (in 2014?) the DVD was released by the Warner Archive Collection… YAY!
Have no problem watching this trilogy again and again. Saw them all when they first hit the big screen at the Vue Cinema North Finchley, London… 💯👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
💯! I love Jason Bateman and I love Laura Linney, and I love this series! Just patiently waiting for more…
💯The dragons in this are fantastic… (IMO) I think this film’s depiction is the best example of what dragons (wyverns?) are supposed to be like. I love everything about this movie, the cast, plot, premise… My favourite dragon flick.🐲
💯IMO, this is the best vampire film, made so far. It has everything that makes vampires ‘cool’. Jim nailed it, he knew what he was doing, and he cast the right (top notch) actors.
I’m with gypsy soul, I love this film too, and will watch it again and again…
This is an extremely intense film…let’s call it a ‘black’ hidden gem. Probably not for most people’s taste, certainly not mainstream…but, it’s a great piece of work.
A directorial debut for Tim Roth, with stellar cast Tilda Swinton and Ray Winstone.
Brutally brilliant…
Ewan was quite funny as Halston, which made this watchable. The 2019 documentary, on Halston, isn’t bad either.
Just waiting for Netflix (or?) to do a mini series on Warhol. Other than documentary, don’t think Warhol has this honour yet.
💯! This is the first series, in a long long while, that made me change my (at the time) bad attitude about stuff on the ‘tube’. And now that it’s here, you can binge watch it, commercial free…
💯! My personal opinion ~ THE BEST TV series off all time…It is my base, ‘high bar’ standard, that every genre (old and new) TV, will be measured by…
If you’ve not seen this yet, YOU MUST!
And happily, for those folks that are gonna see it here, you can binge watch it ‘commercial free’ ~ enjoy biotches! 😈😊
~ The Mad Ness of King George Carlin ~
🍀MAY he still be resting in peace, and not rolling in his grave🍀
“I call it the freak show…
-When you’re born into this world, you’re given a ticket to the freak show.
-When you’re born in America, you’re given a front row seat”.
~ George Carlin
A superb and comprehensive bio/doc of the late great planet George.
I always thought he should have run for prez, after so many previous presidents that were bad jokes, why not give the job to a real comedian, with great jokes… 😃
It’s definitely on my watch list. The documentary about this story (I’m sure it’s here somewhere if some kind-hearted soul will look it up for me because I’m a lazy-a**) is really something as well.
Yeah, the doc was great “David vs Monsanto”. Percy is dead now, he died in 2020.
This looks worth watching. Walken portrays Percy Schmeiser vs Monsanto. With an internet release date of April 30 (so sayeth IMDB).
Season 1 is the only True Deeq
I agree… After watching the first few eps of the second season, I realized the first season was a ‘one-off’. Season 1 stands alone as the only “True Detective” I needed to see…
(First season) The chemistry between McConaughey’s and Harrelson’s characters was a joy to watch!
One big corporate trailer promoting coachella 2022…

John Malkovich has a ‘hat tipping’ cameo role ~ And Sting’s daughter, Eliot, plays an interesting version of the Freddie Miles character. The most recent documentary about Highsmith > is a must see, imho…

At 72, the Dude abides… I’d watch this just for Jeff, and I’ve enjoyed it so far. The Rotties are 😎, too. Jeff has stayed married to his - one and only, wife. I like that. He’s in remission from lymphoma, I hope he stays healthy for many more years to come… 😊
Enjoying this Japanese perspective of the excellent Clavell novel (which he based on the historic Tokugawa Ieyasu). While watching I’m constantly trying to recognize familiar locations. The majority of filming took place in Port Moody and Ucluelet, British Columbia… :}
An interesting mini doc about this series may be of interest…

There are new links with English dialogue subtitles (for Neanderthal parts only). For streaming, the streamtape and dood.watch links have selectable subs in their player settings. For downloading, only the dood.watch link keeps the subs. I tried to add a mixdrop link for this version, but the mixdrop slots are already maxed out with the Swedish subs version.
Intriguing perspective on the caste system, an additional insight into the ongoing face of empire and imperialism…
Very enjoyable! Directed by and starring Michael Keaton. He @ 72 and Al Pacino @ 83, still going strong… A bit of Pacino trivia > He is one of the oldest fathers on record. He has never been married…

Very interesting. It’s a bit like what they are showing on the daily news too.
Yes, it’s also a bit like what’s actually happening in my city neighborhood.
Surperb doc! Johnny was a legend!
Yes, this does look good. I’ve seen a lot of docs on Johnny, but not this one.
💯! Another masterpiece created by Vince Gilligan. A spin-off prequel to his “Breaking Bad”. It tells the story of how ‘slippin’ Jimmy NcGill, becomes Saul Goodman…Binge worthy, indeed!
had no idea who this guy was but in under 3 min i have tears running down my face from laughter -gunna watch all of his i can find
💯 LOL! Another hilarious ‘Bill’… I love the banter between Burr and Joe Rogan, and his appearances on Conan O’Brien. Bill also had a part in Breaking Bad, and the (current) Mandalorian. He created ‘F is for Family’. You should check out his YT podcast.
I recommend watching all of his ‘stand-up’. Burr is one of a few ~ truly funny ~ comedians.
This looks creepy good, will binge this later today…
Thank you uploaders and link providers!
Thank you contributors for the variety in host links! Been waiting for this series.
First saw this when I was a kid in summer of 81. We snuck in to the drive-in to see it (R rating and we had no car). Still my (all time) favourite animation.
My Bro is a huge star wars geek, and he asked me to watch this with him. And after seeing the fantastic cast list ~ I had to agree. I mean, it even has ‘Wuhnuh’ in it! Wtf Herzog?!
We were both thoroughly entertained. Yodababy stol dis one…💖
‘Women Make Film’ at Wikipedia, has the complete list of films covered in this documentary.
This film (uncut) is 5 hours and 17 minutes long, in 2 parts. All of the links here are only for Part 1.
thanks so much for writing on this. i had no idea about it, and i love shows like this.
slow and boring, 27min in and i cant stand it anymore, this is insanely stupid, its litterally a man whith a sheet over his head with holes cut out. then you watch his wife eat for 10 min while he just looks at her. i usually play movies while i study, but this isnt even good enough for that. 1/5
LOL, I love your review, very humorous, Gave me a chuckle. So this film was another ‘flight’ of the Valkyrie, for you. heh heh 😀
This is a fantastic documentary… I highly recommend it!
How many people were first conceived in the backseat of their parent’s car, while they were parked at some drive-in movie date?
Designed for the suburbs of the 1950s, many people missed the golden age of the drive-in, as most shutdown by the 1980s… But the drive-in theater found a new role in the summer of 2020, as a covid safe site for collective entertainment.
With most live events on pause, the drive-in movie theater became covid summer’s go-to venue…
For most people, there’s something heartwarming and affirming about seeing other humans who are all there for one thing, because they want to be entertained…
Will the lingering pandemic spur a drive-in rebirth? 😊
