Greatest Christmas movie ever made. <3

I spent the day watching all three movies. This was MOST Excellent. Slid right in, even all these years later. Anyone hating on this has a hole where their heart should be.
Thoroughly enjoyed it, and the nostalgia was unreal. <3 <3 <3

I watched the cam-version here first because I’m insufferably impatient, but then took my gf to see it because she wanted to on our pre-xmas getaway. We both absolutely loved it. This was a fun ride, for sure.

I’m not sure why an alien civilization so advanced it can travel light years across the galaxy… would arrive only to deploy drones that look and move like a toaster with legs. Figured they’d have something a bit more formidable.

Currently living in Southern MO in the actual Ozarks, so I had to give it a shot. This is an AWESOME series. I really enjoyed it, and can’t wait for Season 4!
Duuuuuude, that season 3 finale ending though!

As someone who holds a degree in Video Game Design and Development, and who worked for EA Orlando in the early part of the 00’s, I have to say, this is great. It’s absolutely “dumbed down”, but it would NOT have any comedic value if they got into the overly-technical specifics of the industry and design companies/teams. Everything here is a jab at either Blizzard or EA (a corporate headquarters in Montreal? lmao). I played WoW for over a decade, before it got so ridiculous it ceased to be entertaining, and this hits a lot of the “why’s” RIGHT on the head. The “Sunny” team created something really good here. I’m excited to finish this out now, and will be binging it over the next two days or so.

Been a huge fan since before this was a show. I get really tired of people complaining because something that’s a DECADE old has some “slower” places meant to provide realistic insights to things other than shooting, killing, running, gunning, and fast paced action-heavy b.s. That’s NOT how the world works and it’s NOT how it would work if this show were within the realm of reality. Character development, scene setting, story arc shifts, and meta-plot adherence are all VITAL to keep a show this successful for this long. The current state of the show is ushering a new “big-bad” out to move past it and through it. There is a third spinoff coming after the COVID-19 crisis subsides, (wow, for such a horrible show, THREE series’ AND a set of movies about what Rick went off and did/went through are possible?!?!?) and I’m excited for it. People are very one dimensional (especially critics of TWD’s progression) and this show is NOT. Still a fan, always a fan.

I watched the first movie (day of release) on two hits of SUPREMELY clean L to the S to the D, and convinced my coolassed grandmother to go to the theater to watch it with me.
We both LOVED it (Kudos to me that g-ma didn’t know I was TRIPPIN’ balls).
But I hated the next two. Filler Material.
I have followed Reeves’s career and him as a generally awesome human outside of film since. Dude deserves the check -in here and there.
So I made a decision.
I watched the first movie and pre-gamed going to the theater, then went and watched this after a couple of brews.
I pretended Reloaded and Revolutions NEVER happened.
It Clicked.
I HIGHLY (pun fully intended) Recommend you do the same.

No. They are going to re-air the first season. CW supposedly bought the rights. If it does well, there is a small possiblity that a second season may happen. It will of course depend on lots of factors. In other words, don’t hold your breath.

I’m so jaded about the hype surrounding DC/Marvel film/tv series that I didn’t bother watching Doom Patrol till last week - my huge mistake, but I caught up in time to catch the S2 finale today - what an incredible show, I feel like I’m finally back home in the DC Universe! The people behind this are the only ones I would trust to make a worthwhile adaptation of The Invisibles comic by Grant Morrison, now that would be something special.

Tried watching season 1/episode 1 multiple times. A book title was sud’d, but the spoken language wasn’t sub’d at all. Makes no sense. Reported until i got sick of trying to find a sub’d link.

I’ve been a huge Lil’ Dicky fan for a few years now. I am really happy this is a thing now, and hope like hell FXX doesn’t cancel it.
If you aren’t aware, he has actually put out some stellar content, both musical and comedic. His “Sway in the Morning” freestyle blew my mind when it came out a few years ago.
