Found this funny. I searched google if this was based off a book series was going to listen to it if it was. Google has the thing where it says people also searched for: the top thing other people asked about this series is if it was based on true events lol. After watching this how could it be based on true events. People are nuts.
Plausible questtion considering it’s Disney. Example, Pocahantas - based very loosely on an actual person - but they removed the fact she was a kidnapped child who was sexually abused over years - and added in talking, singing animals.
Easily the best voice acting in the series entire history.
Gone are the constant moans from a fainting Jean Grey
Gone the cartoonishly bad Cajun accent of Gambit.
Storm’s original actress reprises her role with the same gravitas that stole many a scene, and finally matched by Magneto in this, who’s clearly a cut above the rest.
This is very similar to The Littlest Hobo which is also Canadian. As much as I like dog heroes, I found this first episode a bit amateurish. I mean, what police office is actually going to run into a dangerous situation like what happened in this episode? I found the editing sloppy and choppy and the dialogue unrealistic. Having said that, Canadian television shows are always much tamer than shows from the US so it is watchable, just a lot more family oriented.
Nice— a New Zealand Dexter.
Eh… Dexter had redeeming qualities. From this first ep, all I see of Joe is an incel with mommy issues that stalks and kills random women. There’s no clever hook here.
Rather funny that you think you can find a film not released in any theaters yet anywhere else currently.
I’m convinced Sony is making these films solely to retain the character rights, and keep them away from Disney / Marvel. As bad as Morbius, and most likely.. Kraven will be just as terrible.
I can’t name 5 of her songs, but anyone who can enrage fragile broflakes by simply being on screen in a sportsball game for 20 seconds, has my respect.
What activism is Brie Larson involved in? I just see her complaining about hollywood, yet still participating and making money off of hollywood. Also, this comment you wrote above has nothing to do with the movie…
Don’t think you seem to understand that it is entirely possible to criticize an industry you’re a part of. Not everyone needs to be a boot licker to keep a job.
Absolute rubbish.
So you went from saying it’s pretty good in chat, to calling it absolute rubbish here?
Another great episode. This could’ve been a great solo movie for the MCU IMO. This was super fun. I really liked this story, the setting, & the characters. Kahhori is awesome!
She’ll most likely end up in the comics now, and hopefully becomes a mainstay. This was the character’s debut.
holy hell this movie was garbage shit. It starts out all serious as can be, then turns into a garbage joke fest. Also, Christian Slater’s character obviously set him up. He was in the heli that got shot out of the sky, but somehow lived. Cena called him for help and to be rescued out, but what shows up? A hit squad. Then, at the end, Slater brings in a team of “elites” and they’re pretty much storm troopin. They’re 10 feet away from the “enemies” and can’t hit shit, really? lol Total set up.
Fun fact, this was remade a year later with Russel Crowe, as “Unhinged”. https://www.primewire.tf/movie/1342645-unhinged
I’m surprised this hasn’t been released yet. It had it’s world premiere here in Austin during Fantastic Fest and it was the most sought-after showing there. Be forewarned, it is a reboot not a remake. Even so it felt like it captured the campy feel of the original and was a fun watch.
Snap! This needed to be a heck of a lot longer, they ended it right where it was starting!
It’s basically just a supplement to the game, Ghost Recon: Wildlands.
As in, if you want more… need to play the game to see how it ends =)
Maybe am missing something, I thought that girl could jump from one reality to another and she said it ..
But again this maight lead into a part 2
You may have missed the series Ms. Marvel, which leads right into this film.
Example of what an asshole is:
The twats driving trucks and motorcycles without mufflers, making noise just because it makes them feel tough. You’re not tough, you’re just a first class, noise polluting asshole.
My knee jerk raction to calling someone that .. are the people who, in the left lane, don’t go any faster than those in the slow right lane. Just side by side with a car there.
You’re upset that there are black people in France? In other words, you’ve never been to France, have you?
It was filmed in France, from the south to the north. The convent, for example, was the Abbaye de Montmajour at Rte de Fontvieille in Arles. This is not like Supernatural, filmed in Canada and dressing up scenes to look like the US. This was all shot on location in France.
So I’m guessing you loved secret Invasion?
No idea how you could POSSIBLY infer that from what I wrote, especially in regards to following the books. If you’re going to respond to me, respond to what I said, not to what you wanted to see like some weird snyderbot.
Ah. I watched the animated movie when it first came out. Don’t remember it much. Not much of a comic book reader myself. Might be why I enjoy most of the movies.
I just think if you’re going to adapt froma book, adapt. Don’t just take the name, and disregard who and how the character is. It’s why I’m glad they fired that hack, Zack Snyder. He actually proudly boasted how he was going to reveal Amazons like Wonder Woman, were Kryptonians all along. Just wipe out their entire continuity, make them derivatives of another character. All because he never read any comics, merely looked at covers.
You didn’t like the flash? Minus all the Ezra Miller drama I thought that was a good movie.
No, i disliked Flash - but I guess because the animated version of the same story (Flashpoint Paradox) was oh so much better - and followed the books more closely. Thomas wayne instead of old Bruce, for example, nvm Zoom.
The quality has definitely went down for most of these type of movies. This one was pretty good though.
Oh aye, especially as it pertains to DC superheroes, this was one of the better ones in almost a decade.
Whaaaaaat? Well, hot damn! Google doesn’t know this. Must be a secret.
Your google is broken o.0
Few articles on it yesterday, but this bit should not be overlooked
“With episode 7 now airing today, the rest of the rest of the season will be airing a little earlier than expected. Strange New Worlds episode 8 will air this Thursday, July 27th. Episode 9, the musical episode, will air the Thursday after that, and episode 10, the season finale, will air on August 10th.”
Try as we might, we couldn’t find Kirk with this actor, who is adequate, but no Kirk. Alternate time-lines are lazy, but bad casting is unprofessional. Other than Chris Pine, a better non-Shatner portrayal of Kirk is done by Vic Mignogna, an anime voice actor. It can be found here: https://www.primewire.tf/tv/34186-star-trek-continues
This one is at least believable as “handsome, suave ladies man”. Does not need to suck in his gut the whole time either.
Jason Momoa steals the show. The man hams it up with the best of them - clearly he had a lot of fun doing this, and it’S a joy to see.
LOL, thank you for that info./correction.
It’s easy to recommend - it’s where we first see John Cena’s performance as Peacemaker, and it’s a hell of a ride. Only connection the film had to the trash that came before it in 2016, is they retained Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn.
Good to know, thanks!
He got that wrong btw. It’s not in any way shape or form connected to 2016 Suicide Squad. That is a TERRIBLE film, that nearly ended careers. It’s based on James Gunn’s correction to that film, 2021’s “THE Suicide Squad”.
“she was the last of the original cast”
Where did you get that? John Astin is still very much alive and kicking.
There once was a man name of Hannity
Whose ego was bloated with vanity.
He ranted and raved
Til his big ego caved.
Now the whole world can see his insanity.
