When Troop 451 of the Whitney Scouts arrives at Camp Harmony, they are greeted by an unwelcome surprise. Their rivals, Troop 905, have been driven out of their camp by a forest fire, and have been moved to Camp Harmony. War breaks out as the troops fight for control of the camp. |
