A father and son are involved in a terrible car accident, leaving the son Kyle in a coma with no chance of survival. The young man who hit them is in critical condition and needs a heart transplant immediately, his only chance of survival is if Kyle’s father agrees to pull the plug early and save the life of the man who ended his son’s.
