Arrest Assured follows the comedic efforts of a bored and restless man. Staring out over a sleeping city; a billboard for a local jewelry store inspires a harebrained scheme that turns him into a would-be burglar. Unfortunately, his poor planning and graceless movements lack the stealth and sophistication of a great heist. |
