AURORA is an unprecedented film, created by and featuring the survivors of the shooting during the Batman movie, in Aurora, Colorado on July 20, 2012. It is is the largest random shooting in U.S. history and front page news across the globe. The film shows a part of the event that has never before been seen. Importantly, it does not mention the shooter. It also challenges the way the nation is responding to, and ultimately trying to stop, random shootings. Director Tim McGrath was in the theatre with his cousin that night. |
