Logan, a man in his late twenties, still can’t get over the death of his girlfriend. He depends on sleeping pills to make him fall asleep because in his dreams, she comes alive along with his best friend whom he has lost contact with in reality. Leading the audience into thinking that he will overdose on his pills, the ending is a twist in that his dreams have been manipulated by a group of researchers, headed by his best friend who is convinced that Logan will give up on life otherwise. All of Logan’s life since the time of his girlfriend’s death has been carefully monitored and planned, hence making him a mere fish in a bowl. |
