Charlie, a young Iraq war veteran, comes home to Queens after the death of his best friend in combat and tries to rebuild his life with his wife Karen. The challenge of creating a new life at home, however, proves tremendous and tension builds as Charlie struggles to connect with Karen despite nightmare-induced insomnia and an ongoing sense of guilt around the death of his friend. Conflict escalates violently and Charlie must face the ultimate decision. |
