Details:

Three short pictorial documentaries are shown. In “Chemical Magic”, the process of producing synthetic plastics is presented. The benefits of using synthetics plastics for their strength and durability for such products as telephone casings, costume jewelry, dental plates and automobile components are discussed in comparison to using what are called natural plastics, such as wood and clay. The product list also shows its diversity of use. In “Hare and Hound”, greyhound racing is presented. It shows teaching the dogs to identify the “artificial” item being chased, which is to resemble a rabbit. Much of the techniques in training and race set-up are similar to that of horse racing. In “Liquid Enchantment”, the perfume industry is presented in color.
