‘Third Wheel’ is a James Madison University SMAD (School of Media Arts and Design) student film production. This college romantic comedy centers around the life of Andrew Torres, who breaks up with his high school sweetheart, Stephanie, before his freshman year of college. The two remain best friends, but Andrew (regrettably) finds himself in many uncomfortable hangouts with Steph’s never-ending list of interesting boyfriends. Andrew’s best friend and roommate, Pete, helps him to realize the awkwardness of the situation as they head back to Andrew’s hometown for their senior-year spring break.
