The Ellis Case: The story follows Dylan Drake (John Kalina), A high school student who has been influenced by his English teacher, James Bartholomew, to read poetry by R.S. Ellis. Once he becomes a fan, he can’t help but wonder what Ellis’s inspiration truly is. One day, he hears a radio host that interviews Michael Ellis, (Bobby Mills) R.S. Ellis’s son, about his father’s inspiration. Dylan recruits the help of the new girl in the neighborhood, Alyssa Conners (Alyssa D’Addieco), to help him search for Ellis’s son. With the help of James Bartholomew, Dylan sets up an interview with Michael Ellis, revealing that R.S. Ellis was inspired by a student. Dylan is delighted by this information but feels like he’s hit a road block…until he gets a graduation gift from Mr. B.
