Malachi Radixx (Wiliam Lee) is a former covert operative, who lost his daughter due to his involvement with a deadly Yakuza group. years later, when the Yakuza plan to corner the US drug trade, the heads of the five crime families in the US, compel Radixx to work for them and fight the Yakuza.
