Twenty-year-old Pawel returns to Poland from an unsuccessful stint in America to a beautifully decaying Lodz and an uncertain future amongst the ghosts of his past relationships. Presented with a delinquent draft notice from the Polish military, Pawel faces a situation that might already be out of his control and his gradual transformation into a non-person approaches its completion. |
