A zealous dog catcher nabs Yippee for not having a license, though somehow he can show he belongs to several fraternal lodges, and is taken to a dog prison, complete with trigger-happy guards. Scrappy conspires to break him out, by sneaking in wearing the hide of a mutt he just skinned. |
