Matthew is clinical anxiety made flesh. After he literally collides with the girl of his dreams, he follows her and learns that she too suffers from similar social afflictions. In an attempt to cross paths with her in the waiting room, he begins to see the same psychiatrist as she. However, the psychiatrist becomes dead-set on remedying Matthew’s afflictions by whatever drugs necessary. When the prescribed pills cause in him a complete mental breakdown, he confronts the doctor and, inadvertently, the girl after whom he’s been chasing, to embrace the beauties of their mutual anxieties.
