An actress between jobs and headed to L.A., Marianne stops in the Midwest to visit her sister Ellie. Marianne is an artist who believes in living a passionate, romance-filled life. Living together, the two sisters learn to appreciate the other’s viewpoint and arrive at a middle ground while experiencing love and loss.
