Roberto (Murilo Benício) is the typical “carioca” (person who is born in the city of Rio de Janeiro): he loves soccer, beach and meeting his friends for a beer. He loves also his girlfriend Laura (Letícia Sabatella), but she feels neglected because of his great interest mainly in soccer. She breaks their engagement, and Roberto has a chance to meet her again in a ballet, scheduled in the same hour of the final game between Flamengo (the best and most popular Brazilian team) and Vasco (the greatest opponent), in the decision of the national championship. Roberto decides to go to the opera with a radio, where very funny situations happen, with a surprising end.
