Wanting to pursue his dream as a writer and to have a better life for his family, Kareem decides to get out of the drug dealing game and go back to college. Kareem’s boss, Dray has other plans for him that may put an end to his dream and cost him the lives of those he loves most. Living a life of crime, Kareem never thought that he would be able to get out of his daily grind of hustling to sell drugs for his boss Dray. After making a promise to his fiancé Carmen to stop dealing drugs and go back to college to get his degree, he informs Dray that he is leaving the “business”. Being one of Dray’s best workers, Dray agrees to let Kareem run one last deal for him that will set them both up financially for a long time. When things go wrong and the drugs are stolen from Kareem by a crack head, Dray gives Kareem 24 hours to find the crack head and recover his “goods” or he’ll pay with his fiancé and his son’s lives. |
