Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and father of ‘Philadelphia Sound’ (multiple Grammy-winning producer & songwriter known for hundreds of classic hits such as ‘Love Train,’ and ‘Ain’t No Stoppin’ Us Now’) has teamed up with the iconic Patti LaBelle to release a modern American anthem— ‘I Am An American’. The film documents the making of this anthem in Philadelphia with the Temple University Symphony Orchestra and Choirs— interspersed with a number of interviews, footage that speaks to the meaning and inspiration behind this project, and a tremendous honor that resulted from this collaboration. |
