Damon is a 16 year-old hip-hop loving hockey star who is turning heads despite the limitations of an old duct-taped pair of skates his late father gave him two seasons ago. As he’s preparing for the tryout of a lifetime, Damon is given a brand new pair of skates by a trusted adult who crosses a line no adult should ever cross with a child. When the time comes to lace up, Damon must decide if his dignity is too high a price to pay for his dream. |
