On the night of her best friend’s birthday party, Cassandra is forced to confront the ways in which she is resisting her transition into adult life. Visiting London from New York, she hopes to land a job, see old friends, and possibly rekindle an old love. What she experiences, in fact, is isolation, betrayal, and eventually the honesty she needs to move forward. |
