Between 9th and 11th of January 1942 first armed battle took place in the village Drazgose between Slovenian partisans and Nazi-Fascist forces. 70 years after the battle its commemoration has a large symbolic potential. Every year thousands of people come the village Drazgose on Jelovica mountain. It seems that values of partisan fight are now highly ranked national values.
