Fear, desperation, and crime. Omnivoral City is full of death and chaos. But in a city this dark, how can you separate the psychopaths from the lunatics? A girl named Fizzy falls in love with the mysterious vigilante Sprout, the two women swearing a vow of justice against killers and sadists. Meanwhile a serial killer known as the Fly Trapper returns to the city from a haunting past. Detectives Pepper and Detective Neuman are on the trail, leading them to a shocking discovery.
