Classics, old movies and newer ones that take my fancy, I grew up on mostly traditional movie effects and on location or at least a good made set, not too much into the CGI of things unless I really take to it.

For the seasonal vibe without the cookie cutter Hallmark dribble. Many are not actual Christmas movies, and are just set in the season.
