Cutfather and Anne Louise Hassing train together after Cutfather's injury, and that gives Anne Louise the motivation she needs. Cutfather, however, thinks the whole thing is a bit heavy with half of the course left. But he has lost so much that the reactions of his surroundings to his weight loss make him hang on. After a week of filming the Christmas calendar on Funen, Esben finally has time for his family. But Esben still connects fun and social things with everything he is not allowed to enjoy.
