The guests arrive in their new home in Jaipur and become unsettled about the prospect of living in the strange city, full of animals in the street, chickens killed to order, poor toilet facilities and hectic roads. The group visit their local guides home and explore the 500-year-old Amer Fort and soon begin to experience the gulf between the rich and the poor. Wayne gets spiritual, Miriam gets in touch with her funny side, Rosemary tries meditation for the first time and a party is thrown to meet the neighbours. |
