In Fukushima Prefecture, a simple dish is giving people the power to rebuild from the 2011 disaster. One woman found not just a career, but a new way of relating to those around her. A man in his 80's opened his 7th ramen shop to give local kids a sense of hope. And in his mother's hometown, another man is using his culinary skills to help enliven the local community.
