Unless you have actually watched it and have a proper review of the version and the movie, telling people it is a cam or ts and is not likely a good version for every freaking movie that comes out, when we already know that, is useless and quite annoying. Tell us something we don’t know,like is it worth a watch at this time”?, does it suck or not?,occasional blurred adverts for every new movie that comes out is obvious,tell us about the actual movie, otherwise the posts are useless.
If you are complaining about my posts, you might have replied directly to it or asked me directly, so I could have addressed this sooner.
If it was not self-evident by now, allow me to clarify that these are Version Quality Updates,which serve to inform Viewers of the Date and Type of Quality (HDCAM, TS, HD, WEB DL, DVD, BD) of the Version, along with notation of Foreign Language and Subtitles where relevant. To further give the Viewer a fair level of expectation, any deviation from expected normal Audio and Video is also indicated.
This service, which is supported by site management, replaces a Thread I used to maintain on the old Primewire in the Off Topics Section. Adding these Updates here makes it easier for Viewers to track the Quality History of a Program and allows them to also find New Releases Faster by accessing My Comments.
Also, whenever possible, I will post news about upcoming and/or returning programs of interest. However, you will now see more of those from my friend Gypsy Soul, who has taken on that challenge and has truly excelled in keeping us all informed and up to date.
Incidentally, Downvoting our efforts ONLY does harm to our Community as it deprives them from seeing information on New Releases and Upcoming Events on the Sidebar Comments.
And for the record, we do not receive money for these services we so generously provide. All these things are done from love and devotion to this Site and our Community. Our payment is the knowledge that our efforts make a positive difference in the quality of someone else’s day. To me, that’s so much more satisfying than carrying hatred and unhappiness around, which is harmful to one’s soul.
