This one suprised me. I wasn’t expecting much from it, but it had some awesome and twisted characters, pretty good story with a fitting soundtrack. The actors were actually fairly good too. I will say that i should have seen that little twist coming from a mile away, but they knocked me off that scent trail because of the comments and references made about the well-being of the kids and would insinuate that their counterpart didn’t care enough or at all, etc. My thought was that someone who’s going to sacrifice all kinds of kids usually doesn’t give a rats ass about how their home life is or if they’re being treated properly so maybe i was wrong to consider anything afoul there. this movie wasn’t scary nor did it have me gripping my seat with excitement or anything anything, but it kept it interesting, entertaining and kept it moving. It didn’t stick to one area too terribly long and i like that because sometimes moviemakers play with that line and we end up feeling like we’re stuck in a boring, redundant and never-ending scene.
