that was just the first episode. It will get to the space stuff in due time, similar to the other apple+space travel series about the all shuttle crew. I have a feeling the scenes with the girlfriends and wifes were more to show the cockiness of piolts than to just add unncessary drama. And to show how vital having a nuclear family was to being accepted. So far I’m enjoying it, take it easy.

there should be a link with subtitles. hate not understanding them. i mean there is a time we like to watch movies for what they are and language but then rewatching we would like to watch and be able to see what they are saying…

If you select the Vidtodo link and click on the Version 1 link,. in the bottom left-hand corner is another clickable drop down labeled subtitles. there are at least 15 to 20 diffrent english subs to choose from and at least 200 others in many diffrent languages. once you pick ur desired subtitle file save it to ur hardriveand start the movie. Finally, in the bottom right-hand corner is another tab saying settings or maybe cc. Once you click that, it will give you the option toUpload subtitle file. Once you do that it should be be showing up on ur screen. If the words seem outa sync or the translation feels off, you may have chosen a bad subtitle file so just repeat the above process and select a diffrent one. Also, it’s worth mentioning that notall the sever links have the option for subtitles. I always use mixdrop, when available(and it wasn’t for this movie) which does give the option for adding subtitles. Hope that helps you out,take it easy.

Okay don’t get me wrong on this comment I’m leaving you now, I’m smiling while I write this. I will definitely check out the movie The Devil all the time, I was going to check that one out already but I’m really not really into horror suspense movies. I just find it funny that the movie The Legend of the Five was kind of like a kids family adventure movie on Nickelodeon and instead you offer me a Movie where the devil’s in the name and that’s nothing even close to the same kind of movie, LOL! That’s kind of like if you were watching the TV series stranger things and you didn’t like it….( not like that could even be true though) and I said you should definitely check out DuckTales it’s an awesome show lol :-) just thought it was funny, had to leave the comment. Really though thanks for the suggestion. I will check it out. I wish I had my list of old movies but when PrimeWire first went down when it was the original site I had a ton of playlists with some great movies and shows listed. Not to toot my own horn but I think I have really good taste when it comes to movies and shows. I don’t think I’ve ever been wrong when it comes to telling if it was going to make it big or not or have another season.

Monsterland (2020)
It takes alot for me to write a negative review on somthing and this was that bad and more. I don’t know if my expectasions were just to high for it but I understand that the showrunner was trying to portray humans as the monsters and the real threat, in the same way as the walking dead set out to do. It seemed that it was trying way to hard with some aspects of the story being so forced upon you as to not even make sense. After the first episode I was exited and ready to dig in and get my binge on but that turnrd out to be a red herring. Since this is an anthology and the order dosn’t matter all that much, I would recommend watching episode 3 or 4 first to see what you have in store for yourself and if its worty of your time. I did manage to sit through all of it, only cause of a lack of other programs to watch and because I was playing Xbox at the same time

I wonder if those reviews you mentioned got access to more than just the pilot episode. normally profesional reviewers get the first 3 or 4 episodes and sometimes as much as half the season to make a full judgement.

The way he does the narrition really struck me. He goes about as someone with no speaking ability would as they read through a journel out loud. which of course is very much in character. It only gets better from here.

Yes but Devils Knot is more docu drama, this Show is what happened from when the Kids went missing (A press team was sent) and shows trial footage, interviews etc but all true, interviews with victims familys really good access, Devils Knot is based on true events but as it is a story docu/drama a lot of filling in happens, the Docu’s just lay out what happened. They got good access to court and after the 1st which was going to be a one off they followed the story over the years. I remember watching it years ago and thought the 1st and 3rd were best 2nd imo doe’s some filling time, but worth watching. The 3 boys who were murdered are not talked about much due to the case been so big, they went missing May 5th 1993 Steve Branch, Michael Moore, and Christopher Byers. People can remember Damien Echols before any of them so The Murdered boys should be remembered but if someone says the WM3 they mean Damien, Jason and Jesse, if the case had not been as big WM3 would be the boys who were murdered probably.

I have the original mini-series run of #1-#6, If i didmt already have those I probably would have never given this a chance. The art style of this really complements the Spawn show from HBO also,since their both from Image they really pair up nicely together. Good looking out though..

I thought it was laughable, the co-pilot with a bullet in his hand gets a passenger to help him take off. She has only flown helicopters but she shows absolutely no emotion like she’s on a video console, hey no problem………. then they land at an air force base coming in too fast but no problem they come to a stop a foot from a hanger?? the hangar is at the end of the runway?
The acting was terrible, I thought it was a comedy for awhile.
I will watch episode 2 just to see how ridiculous it is

you may wanna check that again, i read today that he said during that interview that he was working on 6 but wasn’y sure what he was allowed today about it. what you said about him commenting on the state of the world and people not having the stomach for the typical episode was right, he then followed that up by saying that he was trying to lean more into humor this time, I guess like the one where the Furry was voted PM, or the episode about the “likes”. anyway, thought that might be a little good news and something to look forward to.

The scariest thing about this movie is Harrison Ford’s (dennis quaid lol) botox face. This movie isn’t without good actors though. Good to watch if you’re bored. This movie wont change your life but I’m sure there is a lesson here somewhere - even if it’s just a cautionary tale about real estate…

Hope everyone sees this but there are hardly any times during the season when subtitles are needed. the most Spanish spoken is during the first 5 minutes of this first episode and if you watch the episode on Netflix they also used no subtitles. Its not important what is being said so much as the action taking place and those first 5 minutes are deciphered as the season goes on. So believe me there is no translation anywhere unless your Spanish girlfriend is sitting next to you translating. Trust me, don’t let it stop you from watching the best season yet. It’ll all make sense later.
