This show picked up where my yearning for more Survivorman left off and ran with it. I honestly didn’t even know it existed beyond seeing the cover art in passing, me assuming it was just another Naked and Afraid or some other schlock. Much to my surprise and elation, it’s a great deal more. The first couple seasons drag a bit due to the location and inexperience of some of the contestants but it’s still very much worth your time. I LOVE having so much material to catch up on.
If you’re a fan of the show, a few of the contestants actually have some great YouTube channels that’re worth checking out. My favorite, Joe Robinet (S.1) has a very extensive collection of videos … same for Zach Fowler (S.3) and Greg Ovens (S.3) … the two of them are actually in the process of releasing a series of videos of a thirty-day joint excursion. Check ‘em out!

Open your eyes people! Everything leads back to the catholic church. My theory is this woman caught someone in the church doing something they shouldn’t, such as child molestation, plus it wouldn’t be the first time the catholic church made someone disappear.

Twisted Sister opened for them!

Meh… I don’t like Natalie Martinez.. she has always been a horrible actor. I think Pauley Perrette would’ve done a better job. It wasn’t a bad show, just not a great one. The last scene was anticlimactic as hell too……

Mythic Quest (2020)
As someone who plays games and has knowledge about games development… this is just ridiculous. The jokes are idiotic and the characters are over the top, trash caricatures of even more idiotic tropes that have been used and abused to death by much better shows, and most importantly, the internet. Everything they do isn’t stupidly funny, it’s just stupid (but turned up to 11).
Removing the “games developer” theme would change absolutely nothing about the show. It’s a generic, politically correct sitcom that simply has it tacked on to somehow seem “cool and original”. It fails at it harder than the Big Bang Theory failed at geekdom.
