https://www.primewire.li/movie/215664-watch-willow Here is a direct link to Willow Julianna ;) If you love fantasy ie. Lord of the Rings and older films like Legend with a young Tom cruise and Tim Curry as The Devil (one of the BEST costume effects i have EVER seen even to this day!) then you will love Willow…the CGI is a bit outdated (still using some Stop-motion i think with some early CGI) but it doesn’t detract whatsoever from the great story. It has remained one of my childhood faves to this day..i hope you enjoy it as much as i have over the years..

Julianna 2 points 4 years ago.

Ok! I am watching Willow tonight and will let you know. Thank you for all the wonderful info~ Appreciate!

lol, nice to meet someone who has similar appreciation for certain movies lol..saw your reply on a comment i made on Ghost and the Darkness about the Lions of Tsavo…i still to this day think that is one of the best movies of that year and one of Kilmers defining roles after Halliday, Iceman and of course, my fave, Madmartigan (have you seen the movie Willow by chance?)

Julianna 1 points 4 years ago.

I have not seen Willow but I have been hearing about it for many years! I will have to give it a go now. Smiles~

I forgot how beautiful this movie was, one of Cage’s BEST IMO. Meg Ryan and Cage were spectacular in this movie. If you haven’t seen it yet, i highly suggest it. 10/10

Julianna 2 points 4 years ago.

Again, I absolutely agree! Beautiful film! The soundtrack itself is almost a stand alone! Wonderful!

The Ghost and the Darkness (1996)
Canuckian 2 points 5 years ago.

This is one of my absolute favorite movies..Jaws on land with Lions instead of a Shark, and even better, it is based on a True Story and actual events. Go Google the Lions of Tsavo and you will read some absolutely incredible facts about these two lions…speculations about WHY they did what they did for eg. and to be honest, it makes sense….you can read up on them either before or after watching this movie and it will only add to the absolute thrill this movie is. Talk about terrifying though…This is one of Val Kilmers best imo, right up there with his portrayal of Doc Halliday in Wyatt Earp and of course, Madmartigan in Willow. I rate this an EASY 10/10 with a high rewatchability factor, especially after you learn more about these two beasties.

Julianna 1 points 4 years ago.

I absolutely agree with your review! Outstanding film and all based upon actual fact! How refreshing indeed! Which makes this even more terrifying!

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999) S21 E19

I hear you. I miss Stabler still, I really do.

Well that was disturbing.

Yes it was. What will they think of next? Ugh

Pride and Prejudice (1995)
nikkimckelvy 3 points 4 years ago.

There is no better version of this series on television. The only better version is the book.

Julianna -1 points 4 years ago.

I haven’t seen this one yet but I dearly loved the film adaptation with Keira Knightley. One of my all time favorite films! I will watch this one and see. Have a great day!

Thank you so much for posting this! It was a show I used to watch with my precious Mom and we really enjoyed it! Brings back such good memories.

Friday the 13th: The Series (1987)
RoboPhone 4 points 4 years ago*.

Easily one of the ‘80s most underrated supernatural TV Series! It was a cult classic anthology masterpiece with an evolving story arc that was (and still is) epic!
5/5 Robo-Stars. Highly recommended!

Julianna 3 points 4 years ago.

I always enjoyed watching this series!

Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness (2020) S1 E3
magically_delicious 1 points 4 years ago. (Contains Spoilers)

Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive… Isn’t it always the ones that cry wolf the loudest? This is a very strange documentary, but quite watchable.

Julianna 1 points 4 years ago.

I love your name lol!

Buster and Billie (1974)

Thank you so much for uploading this classic! I was 13 when this came out and it was heartbreakingly meaningful to such a young girl

A Million Little Things (2018)
8STORY8 2 points 5 years ago.

And, if you are one of those people like me who thinks or even wonders if everything happens for a reason, well you’ll love this show. I finished the first season just now and gotta say that was brilliant clever creative moving heart-warning, rich and deeply developed writing, production and acting. Also, really cool to see other actors join the cast that I already have an affinity for from other favorite and enjoyable shows. Great casting.

Julianna 2 points 4 years ago.

I am a fan of This is Us and someone in that fan group suggested this show as well. And based upon your glowing review above, I will give this one a go, so thank you 8Story8

See No Evil (2015) S6 E1

This happened very near where I live. This officer was a fine person and I hate that this happened to him and his family. The officers investigating this horrific crime are to be commended. Heartbreaking but well done

The Holiday (2006)

Such a lovely movie..

Agreed except maybe just one thing, The character of Amanda gets on my last nerve lol

A very inspiring true story that touches you to your soul and also makes you cry your eyes out. I highly recommend! *

Criminal Confessions (2017) S3 E7
yellow_rose1 1 points 4 years ago.

what a cowardly act, how horrible

Julianna 0 points 4 years ago.

I totally agree. Heartbreakingly horrific. Did you watch Season 3, Episode 1? The one about the monster who slaughtered his entire family in Colorado ?

Dark Waters (2019)
Julianna 6 points 4 years ago.

Just WOW. This is a real eye opener even more than Erin Brockovich was because all of us are affected by the chemicals from Dupont! This is not a restful film so don’t watch it if you are planning to go right to sleep afterwards. Too much on the brain to think about after this thought provoking movie based on the true story of one man who wouldn’t quit!

The Detectives (2018) S3 E2
Julianna 0 points 4 years ago.

This one really shocked me to no end!

Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)
Julianna -3 points 4 years ago.

Well I was looking forward to mindless action for a little while but unfortunately I do not speak Spanish nor understand it. The entire first part of this is all in Spanish with a few English words thrown in. I shall pass as there is not any English subtitles either

The Outsider (2020)
Killion -3 points 4 years ago.

I hope the rest is better than the first episode. So SLOW!!!!

Julianna -2 points 4 years ago. (Contains Spoilers)

Honestly I didn’t make it all the way through the first episode. He was caught by the witness, the little girl, in the parking lot looking obviously like he was the killer. Then there is a video showing him somewhere else at the time. So he has an alibi? Just told me there were zombies who are duplicating the citizens of the town and I got bored with that thought pretty quickly. What do you think Killion?

Halt and Catch Fire (2014)
Jirido 4 points 4 years ago*.

I must say that this is one of the loveliest shows i ever have seen. It has suspense, warmth, truthfulness, sorrow over loss and a lot of beautiful wisdom. All main characters are superbly cast and it was so easy and fruitful to bond with them.. This is a show of absolute highest quality regardless of if computers are your “thing” or not. I recommend it with highest regards. 5/5 with thankfulness in my heart.

Julianna 2 points 4 years ago.

Just from your beautifully written review, I am now going to add this to my list of shows to watch! Thank you!

The Last Kingdom (2015)
Julianna 8 points 4 years ago*.

Absolutely fantastic show! Many of the same names here like in Vikings. Very well done and very entertaining and as our YgraineDance once said, best to be gobbled up!

Vikings (2013) S6 E2
YgraineDance -1 points 4 years ago.

Yes, I gobbled up The Last Kingdom as well. Hope ‘Uhtred, son of Uhtred’ comes back soon:-)

Julianna 0 points 4 years ago.

Me too! LOL I need my Uhtred son of Uhtred!~

Vikings (2013) S6 E2
YgraineDance -2 points 4 years ago.

I will miss this, too (just as I still miss Sons of Anarchy). Great acting all around but yes, Bjorn is really bringing it this season. That Prince Oleg guy reminds me of Oberyn Martell for some reason. He doesn’t look like him…but he reminds me of him….

Julianna -1 points 4 years ago.

Oh same here! I miss SOA! Will certainly miss this one as well. I found out that Aethelstan and Ragnar were to be killed so I literally stopped watching at all until last week! I didn’t think I would like Bjorn but I was proven incorrect. His brothers are not likeable to me other than Ubbe. Ivar was just evil. I can’t believe the story concerning Lagertha! Have you watched The Last Kingdom yet? There are quite a few of the same names as in our Vikings. Very fine show FYI

Last Christmas (2019)
JadeEnigma -1 points 4 years ago*.

Isn’t it, though? I may actually create a playlist for movies that I feel are like wonderful little treasures that turn out to be not at all what you think they’ll be.

Julianna 3 points 4 years ago.

I am dealing with an awful toothache so I am rather stuck in bed and I am watching this gem of a film. I am really enjoying it in spite of this nagging pain lol.

Last Christmas (2019)
Manic9 2 points 4 years ago.

If you decide to make a playlist, let me know, I’ll watch them all :) :)

Julianna 2 points 4 years ago.

Me too!

Criminal Confessions (2017) S3 E1
Julianna 4 points 4 years ago*.

This is one show that will haunt me the rest of my days. He is a monster. This show was very well done and created to bring focus and attention back to the beautiful Shanaan, Celeste, Bella and Nico and how precious they were. Not to just give the monster all the attention. He showed absolute guilt several times before he confessed in my opinion.

Downton Abbey (2019)
Julianna 6 points 4 years ago.

Beautifully written and executed. I thoroughly enjoyed it! There is a sequel in the works as well.
