Details:

Many people across the country travel to Western North Carolina to view the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains, enjoy our mountain streams, family farms and more temperate climate. As pristine as things may look, the mountains are facing similar problems to the rest of the country where our most precious resource, our water, is being overused, polluted and neglected by over-development and runoff that threatens our watersheds. What many don’t realize is how many businesses are connected to water from recreational boaters to fishers, farmers and summer camps. This film documents the ‘green’ value of protecting our watersheds, from the ecosystems connected to our streams to the financial integrity clean and pristine waterways bring to our local economies.
